Club History

The club was formed in 1946 and has operated from a number of sites in the Tauranga region. Unfortunately, many of our early records have been lost. Building TECT Park

TECT Park has been established in a previous forest block. The forest had been cleared but the site was overgrown and a hill had to be removed to create a flat area. Many tree stumps and fallen logs had to be dug out and removed.
